Day 2 : Groeneweide Forest Trail - 13km Forest hike
Day 3 : Bushpig and Blombos Trail - 14km coastal thicket and dune fynbos trail through Goukamma Nature Reserve.
Day 4 : Robberg Trail - 7.5Km coastal trail in Robberg Nature Reseve.
